Shipping Policy
At RSF Fence Supply, we strive to deliver your fencing products safely, efficiently, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle and process orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer a variety of shipping methods based on the size and weight of your order:
- Small items (fittings, hardware, etc.): Shipped via standard ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
- Large items (pipe, fabric, gates, panels): Shipped via freight carrier. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping times may vary based on item availability, destination, and freight scheduling.
Freight Shipping Information
For large or oversized items:
- A valid phone number is required at checkout to schedule delivery.
- Freight deliveries are curbside only. It is the customer’s responsibility to unload the shipment and inspect items upon arrival.
- Additional fees may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, or limited access locations.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, size, and destination of the order. For bulk or custom orders, please contact us directly for a quote.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Shipments
You, or a designated person, must be present for delivery. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with visible signs of mishandling, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately within 48 hours. We cannot accept claims submitted after this timeframe.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup at our warehouse by appointment. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready.
